Our products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse, primarily located in Hong Kong and China, depending on stock availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, changes/cancellations can’t be guaranteed. However, you’re still eligible for a return or refund after receiving the product.

What if I don’t receive my order?
